Welcome to St Clement Parish Council

St Clement is a civil parish adjoining the city of Truro. The Parish covers an area bounded by the Tresillian river to the south and extends past Buckshead to the north. Much of the parish lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and includes areas designated as Sites of Special Scientific Interest. It encompasses the riverside villages of Tresillian and Malpas and the hamlet of St Clement, including the St Clement Conservation area. There are approximately 1,000 electors in the Parish.

The Parish Council is the lowest tier of local democracy and exists to represent the views and interests of people living in its area.
