By post or email
You can write to the Parish Council by post or email, addressed to the Clerk. It is helpful if you can include a telephone number in case we need to ask you about anything in your letter. Unless it is something that can be dealt with straight away, your letter or email will be reported to the councillors at the next monthly meeting and they may decide to include the matter on a future agenda.
Mrs J Ashley
Clerk to St Clement Parish Council
c/o By the Way
Telephone 01872 270964
Please note that the Clerk works part-time from home, so the telephone may not always be manned, but do leave a message.
You can also talk to any councillor if you would like them to raise a matter on your behalf or you can come along to a monthly Parish Council meeting and talk to the councillors yourself during the public participation session at the very start of the meeting if it relates to an item on the agenda. Meetings take place at 7.30pm at the Parish Hall in St Clement Village (doors open at around 7.15pm).
Agendas for the meeting are published here and on the Parish noticeboards in Tresillian (situated outside Mary’s Pasties, in the bus shelter outside Carr’s garage and in the layby opposite); in St Clement (situated outside the public conveniences) and in Malpas (opposite the Heron Inn).
