The July meeting of St Clement Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 26th July 2017 at 7.30pm at St Clement Parish Hall. There is a short period (not exceeding 20 minutes) allowed just before the meeting starts for comments and questions from any members of the public present regarding any topic on the published agenda (maximum 3 minutes per speaker). Once the meeting proper has started, anyone is welcome to stay and observe, but there is no public right to speak.
The June meeting of St Clement Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 28th June 2017 at 7.30pm at the Parish Hall in St Clement village. Members of the public are welcome to ask questions or make representations about items on the agenda during the public participation session at the very start of the meeting. There is no public right to speak during the meeting itself, but anyone is free to stay and observe.
The Annual May meeting of St Clement Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 17th May 2017 at the Parish Hall in St Clement Village at 7.30pm. Although the Parish Council normally meets on the last Wednesday of every month, the May meeting will take place earlier than usual because this is an election year. If you would like to make any comments or ask any questions about items on the agenda, there is a 15 minute public participation session allowed for this at the very start of the meeting (maximum 3 minutes per speaker). There is no right for the public to speak once the meeting proper has started, but you are welcome to stay and observe and to leave quietly at any time during the meeting.
