September 2018 meeting

The September meeting of St Clement Parish Council will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 26th September 2018 at the Parish Hall in St Clement village. There is a short period (not exceeding 15 minutes) allowed at the very start of the meeting for public questions and comments from electors of the parish, on items appearing on the published agenda. Contributions are limited to 3 minutes per speaker. Anyone is welcome to stay and observe the rest of the meeting and to leave quietly at any point.

Our contact details are changing

Our longstanding Clerk, Mrs Joanne Ashley, will retire after the August meeting, following which , Mr Tomas Hill will take over his new role as Clerk.

As the Clerk works from home, our telephone number and postal address, though not our email address, will change as of 30th August 2018. Please see our contact page for the new details.

There is a public participation session not exceeding 15 minutes at the very start of the meeting. This is provided for members of the public who are electors of the parish to ask questions or comment on any item on the agenda. There is a time limit of 3 minutes per speaker. There is no public right to speak during the remainder of the meeting, but anyone is welcome to stay and observe. You may leave quietly at any point during the meeting.

Job Vacancy

St Clement Parish Council is seeking a Part-time Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer.

We are looking for a good communicator and administrator to support the work of the Parish Council. The role is home-based, part -time, for 43.5 hours a month. Pay is in the range of £9.78 – £11.98 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience.
